SHAMANISM

A shaman is one who has the ability through years of study and practice to travel through various realms and entering altered states of heightened consciousness. They are able to connect with nature and all living things. The physical world as well as the spiritual world. Through doing so they are able to bring forth information needed to best serve the community.
They can channel knowledge needed to assist with helping to heal a person.
Shamanism is mostly practiced by Indiginous communities.

Shamanism is very successful where other techniques have failed. This is because the individual works with the Shaman and participates directly in their own healing. They let go of the issues that block them from moving forward in life. A Shaman can help:
