CranioSacral Therapy is a gentle, non-invasive modality that seeks to find and treat restrictions throughout the body systems.
Restrictions within the CranioSacral system can led to tension patterns, restrictions or affect the functioning of all bodily systems including the endocrine, cardio-respiratory, gastrointestinal, lymphatic, immune and reproductive systems.
Historically, CranioSacral Therapy stems from an Osteopathic lineage dating back to the late 1800’s. Today there are many schools of CranioSacral Therapy, however the term was originally coined by American Osteopath, Dr John E. Upledger who was the modern developer of this work.
