You’ll be asked to think about how your food is working for you. Or is it actually harming you? Can you even make use of the food you eat or is your digestion really struggling. What about you’re feeling and thinking? Perhaps you’re getting anxious a lot, overstressed, can’t focus or think straight. No doubt you know there is something wrong with you but you always get an all-clear from the doctor.

You need to follow through on your hunch because If your body doesn’t get what it needs to function properly, then the logical result is that you will won’t feel right and will be bothered by health issues.
