Formerly a Midwife, RN and Child and Maternal Health Nurse she decided to create a nurturing, solution oriented environment where people can learn skills to overcome problems which may be holding them back.
Anne uses a blend of counselling skills, Emotional Freedom Techniques, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and hypnosis to ensure success is lasting and liberating.
