I am a clinical counsellor, hypnotherapist, supervisor, and a trainer and assessor in private practice. More than just a qualified professional, I am involved and registered with the relevant professional organisations. This keeps me current in knowledge and skill.

I use a ‘cocktail’ of modalities. This cocktail is made up of any number of counselling, hypnotherapy and energy approaches to assist my clients to deal with and overcome their emotional issues. No two clients are alike, so the treatment approach is tailored to each individual client.

I always like to keep an open mind on everything that crosses my path as “you never know where this may lead you”. In my opinion, keeping an open mind keeps you flexible and positive, whereas a closed mind makes you rigid and negative. Remember, miracles happen every single day; you just need to see them!
